You can't do it on your own and your people are your biggest asset and reason for why you exist. The most important of those people are your direct team and it's important to invest and develop those right around you. In this segment you will learn:

It doesn't matter if a lot of people visit your church if they don't stay. Before you can address how to get people on board, you have to make sure you have systems in place so that they stay and grow. Here we will discuss:
- Making good first impressions
- Having clear next steps
- Activating leaders and volunteers
- Getting people connected through small groups
Your weekend worship experience is one of the most important things your church does. Is it as great as it can be? It can be your greatest net to capture new members or largest deterrent to visitors. This session will help you make it something consistent you will be proud of every week. Topics in this segment are:
- Proper planning techniques
- Weekly preparation
- High-level execution
- Making adjustments to improve
Now that our systems and experience are running at their highest level, we can begin inviting people to participate. You can't grow without attracting the right people. This segment will cover:
- Having the right motivation
- Getting people's attention

- Enhancing your engagement
Your presentation to the world is powerful. You need to be intentional about your brand on a practical level. Here we will cover:

After defining the brand, you can now begin efforts to be known by those your trying to reach. How will people know who you are and why should they care? These are questions we answer in this segment as we dive into:
- How you should look at marketing
- Setting up Facebook campaigns
- Designing an effective website
In this bonus session, you will learn one of the most important elements your church culture must have: effectively attracting and stewarding resources. Your vision will require resources and you must think about resources and handle resources the right way. This module is the perfect way to wrap-up the comprehensive course and help you "set sail".
